When spoke to him on phone while at the Chief Administrative Officer’s Office, he asked them how much they had come with so that tells them his whereabouts.
The stranded teachers then consulted the Executive Director for Kasese Youth Link for Development, who crosschecked the names in which the sim-card that the conman used was registered and discovered that those names did not belong to any of the District Staff.
Mr. Ronald Kato, the Executive Director for Kasese Youth Link for Development said he was happy that the rescued teachers had not yet deposited the money on the line of the person who had called them.
