The leadership of Kinyamaseke Town Council, Bukonzo County East in Kasese district has commended the continued support from Dr. Julius Monday Bwambale Rude towards the construction of Kinyamaseke Town Council Health Centre II.
The Town Council that has no government grant aided health facility is constructing a health centre II in the East Cell to save the residents from trekking long distances as they look for the primary health care services.
On Monday, Dr. Rude, who is the NRM Chairperson for Bukonzo County East and former parliamentary hopeful visited the construction site and donated shillings one million towards the construction works. Rude’s donation adds to the 50 bags of cement that Dr. Rude recently contributed for the construction works of the same facility.
Mr. Kyamakya, who reported that the construction works, had reached 60%, called upon all the well-wishers to render in their support for the completion of the project.
Mrs. Eve Biira Ngene, the Town Clerk for Kinyamaseke Town Council couldn’t also hide her excitement and appreciation to Dr. Rude for the donation, adding that she was optimistic that once the Health facility is completed, the office of the District Health Officer would willingly deliver all the necessary drugs and services to the facility.
In his remarks, Dr Rude, the pledged to support the construction works until the health facility is completed.
