Former Minister of State for National Guidance and member of the Central Executive Committee of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), Hon. Godfrey Baluku Kabbyanga has returned a fully filled endorsement book for Kasese District with over 5,000 signatures.
Kabbyanga handed over the filled endorsement book to the PLU headquarters in Kampala.
Speaking during the handover exercise, Kabbyanga said that Kasese District had registered an overwhelming number of people willing to endorse Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba for the presidency but the endorsement book got filled up.
According to him, the demand to endorse Gen. Muhoozi is very high in Kasese District because many people were still willing to endorse him despite the book getting finished.
He therefore observed the need for more endorsement books to come to Kasese District before thanking the people for supporting a move initiated by the Patriotic League of Uganda.
