Bwambale argues that most people are living with the disease and are silently transmitting it to the innocent young people, specially girls because it has not been spoken about accurately.
He appeals for a heightened campaign against the disease so that the public can be vast with knowledge about its spread and its consequences.
Bwambale cautions the general public against the practice of initiating marriages on young people, saying the act negatively affects their future.
