Former Kasese CAO laid to rest at his home in Kisinga Town Council

The body of the fallen former Kasese District Chief Administrative Officer, Elijah Kabarole has today been laid to rest at his ancestral home in Nyakaina Cell, Kisinga Town Council.

Born in 1947, the Late Kabarole died last Friday at Mulago National referral Hospital at the age of 77.

Addressing the mourners, the Kasese District Chairperson, Mr. Eliphaz Muhindi Bukombi described the late Kabarole as a dedicated man who served the people of Kasese without discrimination.

He noted that while in service, Kabarole was a down to earth man and approachable to every civil servant that worked with him.

He challenged the rest of the Civil Servants to emulate the character of the late Kabarole while carrying out their duties in an attempt to leave behind positive and sounding ligancies.

Mr. Muhindi  revealed that even after retiring from active service, the Late Kabarole was contracted to work in the District Service Commission because he was corrupt free and faithful in whatever he would do.

About education, the District Boss asked the people to prioritize the idea of educating their children so that they are enabled to become good and important people in future.

He used the same platform to implore the people especially those in Bukonzo County East to thank President Museveni for the services currently being offered by the Central Government in the area.

He mentioned four bridges including Nyamugasani – Kighenge, Rembyo, Kajwenge and Kanyampara among others. ENDS
