Benon Masereka Bulenge, the NRM flag bearer for the position of Kyondo Sub- County Chairperson, Bukonzo County East in Kasese district has outlined some of the programs he intends to implement if elected to be at the helm of the lower local government.
Mr. Bulenge says the sub-county has a lot of service delivery gaps in the sectors of roads and other infrastructure that he intends to lobby for.
He also pledges to lobby for the elevation of Kaghorwe Health Centre III to a Health Centre IV status among others.
According to Mr. Bulenge, the sub-county also needs to have an active market centre when local revenue would be collected from.
He also observes the need for the establishment of a seed secondary school in the Sub- County as well as arranging for educational trips to the best performing schools from other sub-counties in the district as a means of boosting the educational standards in the area.
Betty Karoko from Kinyamaseke Town Council observes the need for her fellow women to join the MRM struggle through mobilizing for the party so that it performs well in the forthcoming 2026 General Elections.
