Residents of Kidodo Cell in Railway Ward of Central Division were engulfed in shock on Thursday morning when they came across an ear of human being.
Messiah Radio has trailed this incident and identified the victim as a young woman in her early 30s who is currently nursing wounds at Mt St Mary’s Hospital after she survived a gang of armed robbers last night as she was proceeding to her home in Kidodo Cell.
Moreen Masika says, during the course of the night, as she was travelling on a boda-boda to her home, they landed into thugs who were armed with pangas near Glorious Primary School.
According to Masika, the thugs stopped the motorcycle and overpowered her and the motorist causing her lose her ear in the scuffle that ensued.
Ms. Cecilia Biira, the woman councilor representing people of Railway Ward said that they were astonished by the incident in the morning hours.
She, however, warned against night movements which she said expose innocent people to dangerous people most of whom execute their heinous acts in the night.
