Kasese Assistant RDC tips people on health

BY SAMUEL AMANYIRE KACHOPE

Residents in Kasese District and the entire country have been reminded of the need to embrace the culture of visiting health facilities and test for the various suspected diseases that might end up putting their lives at stake.

The reminder was sounded today by Mr. Henry Kabiriri, the Kasese Assistant RDC in-charge of Busongora County North during the burial of the body of the Late Linda Masika Mbabazi who succumbed to some life complications in her youthful stage and was buried in Rugendabara – Kikongo Town Council.

Mr. Kabiriri emphasized that early diagnosis of diseases gives an opportunity to the affected people and their relatives to ensure early treatment of the known infections for a quick recovery.

He, however, tipped the general public to feed their children on foods rich of all the nutrients including fats, proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates in order to ruin the overwhelming challenges of malnutrition and its related effects.

In his preaching, Pastor Herizon Bwambale from Kasese Better Living Centre called upon the mourners to remain faithful to God as they continue living in a world full of frustrations.

Hon. Ferigo Kambale, the Kasese Municipality Member of Parliament urged the mourners not to divided by politics that he described as seasonal.

Mr. Francis Mugisa Kithulha who condoled with 100,000 shillings reaffirmed his candidature in the forthcoming 2026 General Elections for the position of Kasese Municipality Member of Parliament as the only way to attain justice for his alleged stolen victory in the recently concluded NRM party polls.
