It was under the theme “Conserving wetlands today for a secure tomorrow”
Rtd. Alupo, who represented President Museveni at the function noted, the tours have already started in the Eastern, Northern and Central Uganda and will do the same in western Uganda after the Tarehe Sita.
The Vice President revealed the president will target Ankole, Kigezi, Bunyoro, Tooro and finally Rwenzori sub-region to monitor the Parish Development Model performance.
She therefore called up all the district, cities and Municipality leaderships across the region to popularize the tour and mobilize the residents to listen to the president.
