The Rwenzururu Kingdom Primer, the Rt. Hon. Benson Kule Baritazale has reiterated the need for the subjects to embrace and fully implement the five pillars of the rebranding process of the cultural institution.
Rt. Hon. Baritazale reiterated the need today afternoon while addressing the mourners who had thronged Kirembe Cell in the Central Division of Kasese Municipality to pay their last respect to the body of the fallen former Kasese District Assistant Education Officer, Constantine Baluku, commonly known as Baco.
The late Baco, who was a renowned educationist served as Kasese District Assistant Education Officer from 1998 -2014 after being promoted from the position of Head teacher at Bulembia Primary School and Classroom teacher at several primary schools as well as Tutor at Bwera Primary Teachers’ College respectively.
In his address, Baritazale underscored the need for the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu subjects to understand and implement the five pillars of the cultural institution’s rebranding process including peace, unity in diversity, reconciliation and mindset change among others.
JerevesiousMondayBwambale, the Kasese District Vice Chairperson, challenged the Members of Parliament to make follow-ups and remind the government about the need to operationalize the Industrial and Business Park so as to create jobs for the energetic citizens.
Hon. Florence Kabugho, the Kasese District Woman Member of Parliament reiterated the need for people to form groups in order to benefit from the government funds like the money for the Parish Development Model.
In his homily to the mourners, Rev. Fr. Ednus Mumbere, the Curate at Cathedral Parish, implored all the civil servants to respect their jobs and the people of God with humility.
