Mr. Saulo Maate, the former Kasese District FDC Chairperson has lashed at the reigning Chairperson, Mr. Ronald Bwambale Kabuku for allegedly praising Dr. Chrispus Kiyonga during the recently concluded NRM party elections for the mainstream structures.
On Thursday last week, Mr. Kabuku released a document on his social media handles calling on the legible NRM party members to vote for Dr. Chrispus Kiyonga as the District Party Chairperson, describing him as an able leader.
However, the outspoken Maate has blamed Mr. Kabuku for releasing such a document as a member of the opposition.
Addressing the press today afternoon, Mr. Maate revealed that he was disappointed with Mr. Kabuku for posting on social media and campaigning for people that had allegedly overstayed in government.
Maate now wants to come out and apologize to the FDC party members for doing such a thing even when there is a lot of division in FDC.
In his response to Maate’s concerns, Mr. Kabuku said he wrote the document with his hidden intentions that he did not reveal to the party members and members of the public.
