Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) Presidential Candidate, Nathan James Nandala Mafabi, has pledged adequate support to Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu coupled with addressing challenges affecting the development of the cultural institution and the entire Kasese district.
Mr. Mafabi says if elected as the next Uganda’s President, he would present answers to the challenges that do not only affect the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu but also the entire Kasese district so that development is realized.
Mafabi made the pledge last evening while addressing hundreds of FDC supporters who had thronged Kyarumba Playground in Kyarumba Town Council, Kasese district for a campaign rally.
According to him, his leadership would focus on supporting Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu so that the cultural institution progresses in implementing her programmes and activities.
He revealed that he was disappointed when the Kingdom was attacked in 2016, something he said deteriorated her development and planned programs.
The Presidential Candidate also highlighted that his plans were geared towards the construction of improved schools, roads, health facilities in the mountainous areas and addressing the challenge of floods in an attempt to facilitate the movement of tourists for the betterment of people’s lives.
The Kasese District FDC Chairperson, Ronald Bwambale Kabuku welcomed the message of supporting the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu, noting that it was the cry of every subject.
Dr. William Musabe Nzoghu, the former Busongora County North Member of Parliament, reiterated that the FDC leadership was worthy improving the roads and extending electricity in the rural areas. ENDS
