Body of fallen Rwenzururu historical, Dr. Syahuka buried with a call to the Christians to accept God and put their houses to order

BY ISAAC MUMBERE

Christians wherever they are have been encouraged to accept God and put their houses to order before they depart from the world.

The encouragement was made today afternoon by the Bishop of South Rwenzori Diocese, the Rt. Rev. Nason Baluku while preaching to thousands of mourners who had thronged Kyabolokya I cell in Mpondwe – Lhubiriha Town Council to pay their last tribute to the body of the Late Dr. Arthur Muhindo Syahuka.

The Late Dr. Syahuka died on Sunday evening at Mulago Heart Institute after battling with Heart related diseases and High Blood Pressure.

Quoting the Biblical Book of 2Kings 6:1-6, Bishop Baluku asked the Christians to always humble themselves like the Biblical Hezekiah who was a King but submissive to God through his acts.

The Bishop challenged the Christians to understand the reasons why they were still living and see what the community would miss if they put their houses to order.

He used the same platform to applaud the local leaders who have given time to the church and its activities despite their busy schedules…

As a way of recognizing the good works done by the Late Dr. Syahuka on earth, Bishop Baluku asked the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu to set up a museum and display the books written by the fallen Educationist in a bid to promote education in Kasese district.
