Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party candidates competing for the party flag for the Bukonzo County East Parliamentary seat have started joint campaign rallies ahead of the vetting exercise slated for this July 09, 2025.
Yesterday, the four candidates thronged Kisinga Sub-county headquarters to address the legible voters and reveal to them their manifestos so that they make informed decisions.
In his address, Mr. Misairi Thembo Kahungu commonly known as Ogga said if voted, he would work towards uniting all FDC members as a way of building and making the party stronger.
He also pledged that he would work together with the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu in her plan of constructing a museum at Kagando Kisinga Town Council in an attempt to improve cultural tourism among others.
On his part, Mr. Ericana Baluku Ndyoka, promised to work on women empowerment through the establishment of small businesses and skilling.
Mr. Selvest Masereka commonly known as Caritas promised to improve agriculture and promote some talents among the youth.
Representing Zeno Masereka, Mr. Maliki Koyomba, pledged to improve infrastructure, support schools and health facilities among others.
