All roads will tomorrow morning lead to Nyakasanga Playground in Nyamwamba Division of Kasese Municipality for the second edition of the Kasese Inter-Media Sports Tournament.
The tournament that brings all the five media houses in the district including South Rwenzori Messiah Radio, Kasese Guide Radio, UBC Nyeya F.M, Light F.M and Rwenzori T. V is fully sponsored by Kithulha Care Initiative.
Addressing the press today afternoon, the tournament’s Organizing Committee Chairperson, Mr. Godfrey Kikusa, said everything has been put in place to have a colorful function.
He revealed that the organizing committee is in touch with police and other security organs to man security at the pitch and control traffic along the Kasese – Fort portal Highway.
Kikusa called upon the residents to turn up in big numbers so that they morale boost their different media houses.
Mr. Charles Nzaghale, the Executive Director at Kithulha Care Initiative said the success of the tournament would be their pride.
According to the fixtures, the first match which will begin at 9:00am is between Kasese Guide Radio and Rwenzori T.V. ENDS
