Students from Higher Institutions of learning in Kasese district have been encouraged to have good financial discipline if they are to economically prosper.
The encouragement was sounded today by Godfrey Babuthirwaki, a Motivational Speaker while addressing the students of Rwenzori Vocational College during their career guidance session that was held at the Kathasenda village based Study Centre in Munkunyu Sub-county, Bukonzo County East.
Babuthirwaki explained that the students especially those doing entrepreneurship and skilling courses should avoid extravagant expenditures that might affect their economic life.
Ms Gomeri Nziabake, the College’s Program’s Coordinator reported that Government of Germany disbursed funds to the institution to implement a project codenamed “Skills Training for All.”
According to him, the project accommodates both formal and non formal education in different entrepreneurship skills including shoe making, tailoring and Bakery among others.
