The Youth in Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu have been called upon to embrace education in order for the cultural institution to achieve the pillar of mindset change in her rebranding process.

The call was sounded on Thursday by the State Minister for ICT and National Guidance, Hon. Godfrey Baluku Kabbyanga Kime  while speaking to over 500 people who are undergoing a seven –day patriotism course at Bwera Secondary School in Mpondwe –Lhubiriha Town Council, Kasese. The participants are drawn from the districts within the Rwenzori sub-region.

According to him, once the Rwenzururu subjects stay in school and complete formal education, they would acquire the required knowledge to use to change their minds positively and thus cause development to cultural institution.

He used the same platform to caution some politicians and other people who have interests to vie for the different elective positions against the practice of fronting Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu on top of their political agenda, advising that they should instead reveal to the electorate their political party manifestos and personal programs.

Hon. Balaam Barugahara, the State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs implored all the youth in the cultural institution to be loyal to Omusinga Charles Wesley Mumbere Iremangoma and participate in Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu activities.
