A pupil of Katwe boarding primary school in Katwe – Kabatooro Town Council, Busongora County South in Kasese district is nursing serious injuries at Kagando hospital after being grabbed by a crocodile from Lake Edward.
The Rwenzori East Regional Police Spokesperson, SP Nelson Tumushime has confirmed the incident and said it happened on Wednesday night.
According to him, after the attack, the marine police rescued the victim and rushed him to the hospital for medication.
