Authorities in Kisinga Sub-county, Kasese district are investigating circumstances surrounding the death of a businesswoman at Kalumanga trading centre whose body was today afternoon discovered lying lifelessly in a fish pond.
Mr. Julius Mukeri, the L. C III Chairperson for Kisinga Sub-county only identifies the deceased as a daughter to Mr. Yosam Kihuka, a resident of Kamahanga village in Nyabirongo Parish.
According to Mr. Mukeri, the lifeless body of the victim was discovered by young boys who were grazing goats at around 3:00pm in Lhuhwahwa II village.
The Sub-county, however, says the deceased is known to be epileptic.
