Minister Kabbyanga asks Youth to shun Opposition

The State Minister for ICT and National Guidance has warned the youth in Uganda to avoid the politics of divisions and sectarianism and to also shun opposition politics that is full of lies, but rather position themselves strategically.

Mr. Godfrey Baluku Kabbyanga Kime asked the youth not to be confused by the opposition and waste their time to support them, saying that the NRM Government is still strong, but what they can do is to position themselves strategically so that they are identified.

Kabbyanga said this on Friday, while officiating as the Guest of Honor at the 6th Graduation Ceremony of Metropolitan International University that was held at the Main Campus in Kisoro Municipality.

1,662 Grandaunts were awarded Diplomas, Degrees and Masters at a function that was presided over by the Chancellor, Dr. Philemon Mateke.

He urged the grandaunts to use the skills that they have acquired during their studies to navigate (find the way) the challenges in the job market, as he urged them to embrace e-learning programs for advanced education, and establishing networks.

Sarah Nyirabahitisi Mateke, the State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, who is also the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Metropolitan International University, advised the grandaunts to be innovative and embrace every job that they across their way.
