Kithulha Care Initiative donates 1,000 kilograms of rice to the Muslim Community in Kasese Municipality

Kithulha Care Initiative, a Community Based Organization operating in Kasese Municipality has donated 1,000 kilograms of rice to the Muslims in the urban centre ahead of their Eid Mubarak celebrations.

The donation was delivered last evening by a delegation from organization led by its Administrator, Gloria Masika to the District Khadhi, Sheikh Musa Baluku, the Kasese Municipality County Sheikh, Hassan Muthahinga and  all Imams at Kasese Main Mosque in Kasese town.

While handing over the donation, Masika appealed to the Imams to supply it to the beneficiaries without discrimination.

In his remarks, Mr. Charles Nzaghale Mwanga, the Chief Executive Officer at Kithulha Care Initiative explained that the donation was a sign of unity and togetherness, revealing that Kithulha Care Initiative was very committed to cooperating with all religions within the Municipality.

Speaking in a jovial mood, the District Khadhi, Sheikh Musa Baluku and the Kasese Municipality County Sheikh, Hassan Muthahinga hailed Kithulha Care Initiative for extending a helping hand to them especially when they complete the Holy month of Ramadan.
