Parents in Kasese district have been reminded to invest in their children’s education as the only way to enlighten their future.
The reminder was sounded today morning by Rev. Fr. Dr. Vincent Muhindo, the Rector at St. Pual’s National Major Seminary, Kinyamasika in Fort-portal City while preaching to the congregation that had gathered at 3 Wise Men’s Star Kindergarten and Primary School in Kasese town to witness the three years’ anniversary celebrations.
Fr. Dr. Muhindo stressed that it was an obligation of the parents to ensure that their children access quality education for bright future.
He also observed need for the parents to embark on upbringing their children with good traditional morals and values, adding that the act would help them register success in their lives.
Mr. Benson Kule Baritazale, the Director at 3 Wise Men’s Star Kindergarten and Primary commended the parents for supporting the institution to realize its dreams including offering employment opportunities to now 27 people.
In his remarks, Mr. Seth Ahebwa, the Kasese Municipal Principal Education Officer who was the Chief Guest at the function, said he was happy with the school’s administration for establishing an educational centre, saying it has contributed much to elevating the education standards.
During the function, the Top Class pupils graduated from Nursery to the Primary Section. ENDS
