Rev. Fr. Richard Sausi Businge, a Roman Catholic Priest attached to St. Francis of Asis Kidodo Pastoral Centre has implored Christians to always return thanks to God in an attempt to attract blessings from him.
Fr. Sausi says that most people tend to forget to return thanks to God after becoming successful in life, a practice he adds that does not please God.
He explains that giving back to God does not mean having material wealth but surrendering their lives to the Almighty God and working for him for their blessings to be multiplied.
Fr. Sausi sounded the remarks over the weekend while presiding over a mass at the residence of Mr. Abel Mumbere Muyisyamasi in Kidodo Cell, Railway Ward in Kasese Municipality.
Mumbere, who is an Accountant at Bwera School of Health Sciences in Mpondwe –Lhubiriha Town Council, told the congregation that he decided to return thanks to God for the gift of life, his education, family and parents as well as remembering the good works of his departed family members.
