In his remarks, the retired Bishop of South Rwenzori Diocese, the Rt. Rev. Zebedee Kahangwa Masereka, who graced the function, told the congregation that he had 56 years in marriage and quickly attributed his success to God’s guidance on whose foundation his marriage is built.
