The Presidential Candidate for Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) will be in Kasese District tomorrow Saturday 10,2026.
Gen. Gregory Mugisha Muntu is expected to hold his campaign rallies in preparation for the forthcoming General Elections slated for January 15.
Abraham Kiiza, the National Youth Coordinator for ANT confirmed the program to the press this evening at the party offices in Kasese town.
According to him, the Presidential Candidate is expected to arrive in the district in the morning hours and proceed to Kyanya in Ibanda- Kyanya Town Council for his first rally and then proceed to Kyarumba Town Council through the Mitibiri route.
Kiiza was optimistic that ANT’s manifesto suits the demands of the people of Kasese. The manifesto includes improving the educational standards of the people in the rural communities.
Agabito MbusaKikenge, the Coordinator for the party in Kasese District District in-charge of Bukonzo County, told the press that ANT plans to rehabilitate irrigation schemes for the farmers to increase their production and rehabilitate the construction of the Rwenzururu Palace as well as improving infrastructure.
