SP Wilfred Bagenda, the Kasese Divisional Police Commander, warned heads of institutions against the practice of operating illegal boarding facilities and urged that such facilities should be registered by the Ministry of Education and Sports.

He threatened to arrest proprietors and heads of schools that will not abide by the law as directed by the Ministry authorities.
