BY JOACKIM KULE MUHESI

Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu has rescheduled this year’s 69th coronation anniversary of Omusinga Charles Wesley Mumbere Iremangoma from October 19 to November 14.

This means the two mega events including the coronation anniversary and the Omusinga’s birthday run shall be held together on November 14.

The integration of the events has been done because the Omusinga will soon be moving out of the country for a medical checkup and is expected to come back in November.

Addressing the press last evening at Virina Gardens in Kasese Town, the Prime Minister of Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu, the Rt. Hon. Benson Kule Baritazale, said that he received a formal communication from the Omusinga who notified him that his doctors had instructed him to go for medical check-up within this month.

This, according to him didn’t allow the coronation anniversary to on as planned in the absence of Omusinga from hisKingdom.

He, however, put it categorically clear that the collection of funds meant for both events by the authorized persons would continue.

He called upon the subjects to embrace the two events that shall also involve launching of the strategic development plan by the Omusinga.
