Kisangara Education Foundation Trust has delivered another consignment of reading materials (books) to Rwenzori High School in Kasese District.

The materials are meant to help the learners interpret the concepts of the current lower secondary school curriculum.

They were delivered to the institution yesterday by Ms Jovlet Masika, the Secretary of Kisangara Education Foundation Trust.

Masika explained that they were intending to help the learners acquire books that would guide them interpret the current competence based curriculum after discovering that they were allegedly lacking technical knowledge about the current global issues that the examiners use to set exams.

She told the beneficiaries to use the books to understand their personal experiences and to also relate to what they would be asked in their writing scenarios.

The School’s Deputy Head Teacher, Mr. William Bwambale, welcomed the donation, adding that it would add value to the learners’ critical thinking.

A section of students at the institution lauded the sponsors and pledged to make proper use of the books given to them in an attempt to enhance their reading culture.
