The South Rwenzori Diocesan Bishop has urged employees working under the projects initiated by the Diocese to use their current positions to gain experience and enhance their curriculum vitae for the better future placements and promotions.

Rt. Rev Nason Baluku sounded the advice yesterday while ushering in Rev. Geneva Mbambu Terangoma as the new Manager for South Rwenzori Diocese Liturgical Resource Centre in Kasese Town.

Rev. Terangoma replaces Rev. Gerald Kule Mutendaji who has been serving in the same capacity.

Bishop Baluku expressed gratitude to the manager and workers of the diocesan projects including South Rwenzori Diocese Trinity Sacco and the liturgical Resource center for their steady progress that has been registered within just a few years of establishment.

He encouraged the employees to work tirelessly and with integrity which would according to him help them to further develop their careers and as well gain more experience, hence increasing their future chances of getting employment in other institutions.

The Man of God emphasized the need for the employees to exhibit utmost customer care and discipline in order to attract more customers and maintain their clients. The Bishop also tipped them to become trustworthy, underscoring the need to jealously protect the procured equipment so that they last longer while serving the intended purpose.

Speaking to our reporter in an exclusive interview, Rev. Terangoma was optimistic that with the new machines procured, the quality of products from the project would  increase, calling upon the general public to utilize the services of the resource centre.
