The Bukonzo County East Member of Parliament has vowed to heighten supervision on healthcare workers across Kasese district, with an aim of ascertaining if they are serving people as it is mandated.
Dr. Julius Monday Bwambale, who doubles as the Chairperson for the Parliamentary Committee of Health, reveals that since he assumed office, he started supervision in Nyabirongo Health Center IV and found out that the services and the equipment was being utilized properly.
He vowed that such independent and abrupt supervisions will be rolled out in other facilities including the private ones because they serve on behalf of the government.
Dr. Rude also says that their political term is focusing on equitable service delivery especially in the areas of health, education, community-based services, production and marketing.
Dr. Rude indicates that the teachers and CDOs and parish chiefs need to go to the communities and sensitize the people on how to utilize the programs that are already in the district.
